The audit on what you already have
Structure, keyword spread, what conversions cost beside what clicks cost, ad position, plus quality score measured across impressions so the expensive terms cannot hide any longer.
Be the name a Wicklow buyer meets first, on whatever day you decide. The campaign is built under your own name, the clicks are kept inside the county, and the month comes back counted in enquiries instead of impressions. Our fee is on show before you ever pick up the phone, and the click money goes to Google with nothing of ours added to it. We have carried Google Partner status since 2013.
Enter your website and we will uncover the opportunities hiding across search, advertising, content and conversion.

Wicklow, priced by the trade
Nobody else selling this will give you a price before the meeting. Google measured the county and these are its figures, with our own bands underneath.
€2.05
The midpoint over every Wicklow trade with a figure against it. A restaurant click runs €0.17 and a removals click €14.82.
€1,000 a month
In the region of 490 clicks at that midpoint, which is enough to start steering by the third week.
From €450 a month + VAT
Stay on one channel beneath €2,500 monthly and it is €450. Open a second or a third, and €950 covers spend of €2,500 through €6,000. Higher again we take 15% of the spend, though never below €1,200, and the opening €495 falls away.
Ad spend and management fee stay separate bills here, permanently. The reason one trade pays many times what the next one pays for a click gets its own piece, how much Google Ads costs in Ireland, looking past this county.
A small account is given the same work as a large one. If a piece of it would not pay for itself in your trade, it is left out rather than billed quietly.
Structure, keyword spread, what conversions cost beside what clicks cost, ad position, plus quality score measured across impressions so the expensive terms cannot hide any longer.
Presence targeting and a radius around the towns you will genuinely travel to, before a single keyword goes anywhere near the account.
The cheap busy searches and the dear quiet ones are given separate budgets, so neither can spend the other one. In a county with two markets that matters more than anything.
Only the searches ending in a call, with broad match parked until there is spare budget. The negative list exists before launch and grows weekly.
Facebook and Instagram put a weekend in front of somebody who never searched for one. A click on Microsoft is cheaper still. LinkedIn and TikTok cover the buyers the auction cannot reach.
Bray, Greystones, Arklow or Blessington in the ad, a price or a promise beside it, and the number a thumb finds first. Copy is judged against benchmarks.
Technical faults cleared, then every page asked whether somebody can enquire on it without hunting, and calls and forms both tested live before your card is ever touched.
Tourism and trade demand move through the year here, so the monthly figure moves with them. Live figures show the shape of it, and we go over the account weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Wicklow has two advertising markets and one county name. North of Bray you are bidding against the city. South of Rathdrum you are barely bidding against anybody.
That split is what sends a Google Ads Wicklow account wrong. One campaign, one budget and one set of bids stretched across Greystones and Baltinglass, and the expensive end quietly eats everything before the cheap end gets a look at it.
We pull the two apart, target so the clicks come from people who would actually make the journey, and prove the tracking before a euro is spent. The month then arrives as a count of enquiries, with the search responsible named against each one, written up by whoever has their hands on the account.
Most accounts we take over in this county carry the same fault and it is a matter of geography. The location control sits at Google’s default, which gathers anybody the system thinks might be interested in the area instead of the people physically in it. From Bray and Greystones that pulls in the city, and city advertisers decide the price.
So a Greystones business ends up paying a Dublin cost for people who will never make the drive, while the searches coming out of Arklow, Rathdrum and Blessington go unbid because the budget ran out on Tuesday afternoon.
Match type does the rest of the damage. Bid on tyres with broad match on and Google decides tyre pressure, tyre prices and mobile tyre fitting jobs belong in the same auction as you. A tyres click here costs €2.26 against 880 searches a month, so a week of the wrong ones leaves a real hole in a small budget.

Under both of those, the tracking is usually wrong or absent. A conversion counted off a page view will report a healthy account while the phone stays quiet. No click can be traced to an enquiry, so nothing done in the account can be defended afterwards.
An account that has been running gets measured before anything in it moves. How the campaigns are laid out, where the keywords have ended up, the price of a conversion held up against the price of a click, and where on the page the ads land. The one that usually settles an argument is quality score measured across impressions, since it singles out whichever keywords soak up the spend at a worse price than the advertiser beside you is paying. That column rarely reaches the person whose card is on the account.
And the businesses that never started mostly never got a straight number. A retainer was quoted with no click price behind it, which makes the whole thing sound like a bet. It sounded like one because it was being sold as one.
Start with the outcome. Somebody in Arklow types in what they need, yours is the ad at the top with a number in it, they ring, and the month closes with a count of those calls, a price on every one and the search that carried it in.
The first job is the geography. The location control goes on presence, which means the money buys people physically standing in the area. Radius targeting drawn around the towns you actually serve instead of a county-wide net thrown over everything. Bids adjusted by area, because a click in Bray and a click in Baltinglass are two different prices for the same piece of work.
The auction sees nothing until the site has cleared its technical checks and every page an ad points at has been tested on whether somebody can enquire without hunting for a form. Your sector is costed at the same time. The other bidders get named, the genuine monthly volumes get written down, the clicks a chosen budget buys get worked out at those prices, and all of it comes to you as a proposal you can refuse.

Then the structure. Search campaigns first, exact and phrase match, a separate ad group behind every job. Negatives drafted ahead of launch with wages, training, courses, free, do it yourself and second hand already on the list, then lengthened each week from what people typed. Restaurants here are €0.17 a click on 1,600 searches and a taxi is €0.84 on 880, so a wide net is affordable at that end of the county. A roofer at €4.58 on 390 searches is the opposite case, and the two do not belong in the same campaign.
Tracking is wired in and proved on a real enquiry before any money moves, calls as well as forms. From there it runs weekly. Terms read, waste cut, budget shifted behind whichever groups are bringing calls, and ads written against benchmarks then redrafted so the wording matches the page behind them, since Google prices the distance between the two and closing it lowers what a click costs at the same bid.
Seasonality gets handled on purpose here, which most accounts never do. Hotels on 1,900 searches, bed and breakfasts on 390 and wedding venues on 880 are not spread evenly across the year, so a flat monthly budget either overspends in February or runs dry in June. The budget follows the season and the report shows you the shape of it.
Google is one auction of several, and in a tourism county the others are where demand gets made rather than caught. Facebook and Instagram sell a Wicklow weekend to somebody who was not out looking for one, which behind hotels on 1,900 searches and wedding venues on 880 is a large part of the trade. A click bought through Microsoft is cheaper still, and mirroring the campaigns there takes an afternoon. LinkedIn is the room where a job title makes the decision. TikTok is the room for a young customer. Anyone already trading on Amazon, or hoping to be heard on Spotify, gets those opened as well. Behind a product feed, Shopping and Performance Max start to earn. Remarketing follows on, decided by how far somebody got into the site, and email and SMS automation take the enquiry from there.
Google has listed us as a Partner every year since 2013. The status is issued by Google and removed by Google, so no agency can award it to itself, which makes it the first thing to look up about anybody asking to run your budget. TikTok has us as a Marketing Partner and Meta as a Business Partner, which covers the paid social this county’s tourism trade lives on, and both of those are handed out on the same terms as the first one.
What we charge is in public, so the budget can be sized without sitting through a pitch. Every month brings the enquiry count with the words behind each one alongside, because nobody ever covered a wage bill with a screen position. What clients say about us was typed by them into Google, in public, with their trading names on it.

Whoever draws up the account is whoever works it. No handover, no account manager carrying questions back and forth, and nobody needing your trade explained to them a second time.
Wicklow meetings happen on Main Street in Wicklow Town. Our head office stands in County Louth, and whichever desk the work is done at, the same people do it.
An agency that rebills your ad spend earns twice off the same euro, once as a fee and once on the markup, and the second one never appears on anything you see. We do neither. Google takes payment from your card and shows you the bill, and nothing of ours sits between the two.
What we charge is published in bands. A county with two markets in it tends to pull a business towards a second and a third channel sooner than a quiet one would, so the step up matters here and it is written down in advance. The step buys the work it describes, which is another auction read every week and another set of creative kept honest. Knowing the figure before you get near it is what lets you decide whether the extra room is worth opening at all.
Your campaign is worked by our own team from start to finish. Whoever draws the map and sets the radius is the same person choosing the keywords, testing the copy and explaining the month, so the reasoning behind every setting sits in one head. The account carries your name throughout. When a question comes up in July about a decision made in March, the person who made it answers it.

The account belongs to you from the day it opens. Your name, your billing, your data. Leave and the campaigns go with you, along with a year of tracking history and a negative list that took that year of weekly attention to assemble.
Each report gives the enquiry count with calls and forms kept apart, what each one cost, plus the search and the ad that produced it, and every alteration made since the last one with the thinking attached. Live figures are open to you on any day of the month, and we go over them weekly, fortnightly or monthly according to how much is running. Impression share, click price and quality score sit below, explaining those figures rather than posing as them.
A campaign that stops earning is switched off and the report opens with why. A quarter of honest bad news costs less than a year of encouraging graphs.
An ad holds the top of the results today and stops the day the card does. The unpaid side takes months and then holds on its own. They are different purchases, most businesses here need both, and the order matters more than the split between them.
A third layer arrived recently. Google now writes a short answer over the results with company names in it, and asking a chatbot produces names too. No budget reaches that block. Only the unpaid side puts a name into it, which leaves a pure advertiser out of the very first thing on the screen.
Ads first is usually right, because they settle in weeks a question the slow route settles in seasons. Three or four weeks of spending reveals which of your trade’s searches finish as an enquiry here, and the pages get written around those instead of around guesses. As those pages begin earning, the paid budget can retreat from whatever they now cover.
Three situations argue against it. A landing page that will not take an enquiry, because paid traffic only uncovers the fault sooner. A margin that cannot absorb the click price, and a removals firm in Wicklow pays €14.82 for one. And calls going to an answering machine at the times the ads run, which means paying Google for voicemail.
Which of the three applies is said before a price goes out, not after a quarter has been spent.
The county’s search numbers are led by hotels on 1,900 a month at €0.76 a click and restaurants on 1,600 at €0.17. Taxis, tyres and wedding venues take 880 each at €0.84, €2.26 and €0.83. Gyms and skip hire sit on 590 at €0.50 and €1.42, garden centres and takeaways on 480 at €1.06 and €0.74.
Seventeen cent is the cheapest way into this county and restaurants have it. Sixteen hundred searches a month, most of them made within an hour of somebody eating, and the entire month of clicks costs less than one delivery of stock. A hotel or a coastal bed and breakfast is bidding so the booking sites cannot resell its own name to it, which is the quickest money in any tourism account.
The trades in the middle behave predictably once the account is honest. Tyres at €2.26 and flooring at €2.51 are price-led searches, so the ad has to carry a figure or it gets skipped. A garden centre at €1.06 and a takeaway at €0.74 live on hours and distance, so the ad schedule matters more than the wording. A roofer at €4.58 is a quoting business, and one wasted click a day there is a wasted week by the end of the month.
Then the dear end. A removals firm pays €14.82 for a click in this county, a financial advisor €12.92, a mortgage broker €12.40, a solar installer €9.92, a driveways and paving contractor €8.90, a surveyor €8.33, an insulation contractor €7.09 and hearing care €6.86. On lists this short, every click has to be picked deliberately. Exact match, a handful of keywords, copy that discourages browsers, and a page that puts the enquiry in front of the reader immediately. One paving job or one mortgage pays for a quarter of everything, so the maths holds as long as the search terms are read weekly.
It is not for everyone. If nobody ever puts your product into a search box, spend the money on social and we will say so. At less than three hundred euro a month there is too little in the account to manage, and your reviews would earn more from the same spend. And if you trade only in Bray, where city advertisers have already priced your trade out of reach, the honest answer is to fix the map listing and the website first and come back to the auction later.
The targeting has to be right and the tracking proved before a single ad runs.
How far you will travel, what your trade pays for a click in this county, who else is bidding, the value you put on one enquiry, and a proposal drawn from all four.
Budgets divided by price band, ad groups raised job by job, the ads and the negative list drafted, the landing page put right, and a real call and a real form used to prove the tracking.
The search terms report is gone through weekly and the waste taken out, with money moved behind whichever groups are bringing enquiries in.
Money follows whatever earns, the rest gets stopped, a further channel goes on where the figures justify it, and the quarter finishes with a cost per enquiry and a seasonal pattern to plan around.
Delighted to work with Bubblehub for the past number of years. They have looked after our ads and website and we would have no issue to recommend them.
We recently worked with Bubblehub on building our new custom e-commerce website and are delighted with the result.
Delighted we went with Bubblehub. From the first chat, you could tell they knew their stuff, no sales pitch, just honest advice.
We heard about Bubblehub Media from a really satisfied client of theirs, and similarly our experience has been brilliant.
It splits in two. Google is paid for the clicks, and the price of one here is a matter of trade, €2.05 in the middle of the county, €0.17 for a restaurant and €14.82 for a removals company. Then there is our own charge, in three published bands. Stay on one channel beneath €2,500 monthly and it is €450. Open a second or a third, and €950 covers spend of €2,500 through €6,000. Higher again we take 15% of the spend, though never below €1,200. A single €495 opens the account, and that falls away at the top band. The Google bill reaches you exactly as Google wrote it. VAT is added to whichever fee applies.
Roughly €1,000 a month in ad spend. Against the county midpoint that is about 490 clicks, which gives the account something to be driven on by week three. Below a few hundred euro too little happens to decide anything. Where clicks run dear, a surveyor is €8.33 here, narrower targeting beats a bigger figure.
In the auction, yes, and getting that right matters more than anything else on the account. City advertisers bid on the same searches and push the price up, so the location control goes to presence rather than interest and the radius is drawn around where you will genuinely travel. In Arklow, Rathdrum or Baltinglass the reverse holds and the same click costs far less.
Wicklow meetings happen on Main Street in Wicklow Town, with head office up in County Louth. What decides whether an account works, though, is who touches it. One set of hands plans a campaign, builds it, writes it and reports on it, so whoever draws the radius is whoever sets the bids and goes through the search terms on a Monday. You deal with that person the whole way, and the same person is still on it a year later. The account is opened in your name, stays in your name, and leaves with you if you go.
Campaigns go live within days and the first enquiries normally land within a fortnight. Nothing in the opening three weeks proves anything, because the account has not yet worked out which searches convert. Ninety days in, the cost of an enquiry decides it.
It shapes it. Hotels, bed and breakfasts and wedding venues here do not sell evenly through the year, so the budget rises and falls with the season instead of sitting at one figure and being wrong twice. That pattern shows in the report, and after a full year it becomes the plan for the next one.
