Bubblehub Media Privacy Policy
This policy is being rewritten. The page that stood here was a template written for an online shop and described things Bubblehub Media does not do, including taking orders and handling card payments. It has been removed. What follows is a plain account of what this website actually does with information. The full policy, reviewed by our solicitors, will replace it.
Who we are
Bubblehub Media is a digital marketing agency. Our registered address is Suite 10642, 11-13 Dyer St, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 RC5K. You can reach us at info@bubblehub.ie or on (083) 0650164.
We do not sell anything through this website. There is no shop, no basket and no checkout, and we never ask for card or bank details on it.
What this website collects
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed into it. That is normally your name, your email address, your phone number, your website address and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to answer you. If you become a client it stays on file as part of your account, and if you do not, it stays in our records of enquiries.
The site also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand how people find and use it. These set cookies in your browser and record things like the pages you visit and the search or link that sent you.
Cookies and your choice
Nothing is measured until you choose. When you first arrive, the analytics and advertising cookies are switched off, and they stay off unless you accept them on the banner. Your answer is kept in your own browser under the name bh-consent, so the banner does not ask again on every page. Clearing your browser data clears that answer and the banner returns.
If you decline, the site still works exactly as it does otherwise. We simply do not measure the visit.
Who else sees it
Google processes the analytics and advertising data described above. Our website hosting provider holds the site and its database, which includes form submissions. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not pass it on for anybody else’s marketing.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@bubblehub.ie and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, whose details are on dataprotection.ie.
