What is a CMS?
Content management system: the software you log into to edit pages, posts and products without touching code. WordPress and Shopify are the two we build on.
A content management system is what lets you change your own website without phoning a developer. You log in, edit a page, add a blog post or update a product, and it takes care of the code behind it.
The best known are WordPress, which runs a very large share of the world’s websites, and Shopify, which is built for online shops. There are others, including Webflow, Squarespace and Wix, each with its own balance of flexibility and simplicity.
Choosing one is a bigger decision than it looks, because moving later is real work. The questions worth asking are whether you will be able to make the changes you need yourself, whether it can grow with the business, how much control it gives you over the things that affect search, and who owns the site if you part ways with whoever built it. We cover the costs in how much a website costs.
Websites designed to convert, built to be fast, kept improving.
Purpose-driven design, WordPress and Shopify builds, Core Web Vitals in the green, and conversion work every month after launch.
